Sally has little public exposure. There's only been once in which she was featured on the news, and that was several years ago around NYC, as a missing minor, and witness to her mother's murder. Besides that, she's been out of the public eye.

Anyone with access to DEO Records would see that she was part of a DEO training program, and left when other powered individuals turned on their instructors.
