Overview
The US Government, fearing an imminent alien invasion, has re-opened it's books on creating Super-Soldiers. However, with time becoming crucial, the methods of creating these soldiers have changed. The current outbreak of metahumans had given the scientists ideas to isolate the powers of these metas and transferring them to people who were willing to take on the roles. Unfortunately, the best way to extract these abilities are by kidnapping teenage subjects, preferably right after they begin exhibiting metahuman activity. Charles Xavier had received word of this project and was able to manipulate those in charge to hire Caitlin Fairchild, a student of his and now a mole. After being in the program for two years, watching children being experimented on and even killed, she was able to escape and bring the problem to the Justice League. With one base evacuated and destroyed, the League, along with other allies, look to liberate and destroy more bases.

We're currently in the investigation phase, looking to find exactly who's taking the children, how they're finding them, and where the other bases may be.
